      Very high employee turnover CEO controls the room, doesn't seem to care about the fact the majority of his workforce was axed. Late payments Low number of holidays Had to rely on people to bring milk in for tea, it was never the management..

      Pros

      They are highly kind and cooperative and can work around your outside schedule.

      Cons

      Sometimes the work is harder and you don't feel as though your getting paid enough to be dealing with what you deal with.
