Pros
There's so many great things about working for Car Next Door - but here's some of the main ones for me: Flexibility - management are really flexible when it comes to remote working, and this allows me to enjoy a semi-nomadic lifestyle whilst benefitting from the security and sense of belonging that come from being permanently employed. Passion - employees at all levels of the company are genuinely passionate about delivering the company values of 'freeing the world of the one person one car mentality'. The company does great things - It's pretty hard to find anything bad to say about the service we offer and the impact this has on improving the planet.
Cons
If I ever decide that the time has come to move on (for career progression etc) it will be so difficult to find anywhere as good as this - for the reasons outlined above.
