No direction and poor leadership create a toxic environment - Anonymous employee Uber Freight Employee Review

The company has no direction, every few months the ‘priorities’ change and layoffs follow. I’m surprised they are still in the business as their technology is subpar, their services overpriced and as a result they keep losing customers. No accountability, ‘leadership’ is a bunch of hipsters desperately trying to solve the Gordian knot of how to make the company profitable with less and less people. Departments are extremely siloed, good luck if you try to solve a problem spanning multiple groups, as no one wants to take responsibility or think outside the box. Broken systems, processes and ‘leaders’ who don’t lead - that’s uber freight in a nutshell.
