Pros
- A majority of passionate, creative, talented and friendly people to work with. - There are many opportunities to make a difference. - There has been very few layoffs, even during bad years. Job stability is way above average for the industry. - Work/life balance is above average as well. Crunch time obviously still happens but has gotten a lot better over the years.
Cons
- You are likely to switch teams/projects fairly often according to needs. As a result it will be harder to form lasting bonds with your colleagues. - A lot could change in the company culture if Vivendi takes over. - Projects tend to have way more people than is really needed, creates a lot of overhead as a result.
