      Pros

      You learn a lot in this position about project management. There is a lot of responsability in this role and there is no way you are getting born.

      Cons

      Low salaries and the management is inflexible. Leadership is mostly really old and slow, you have nothing to learn from your leader. Most leadership is promoted based on amount of years in company instead of meritocracy.

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
