      Pros

      Good environment, you will be able to learn a lot quickly. Possibility to move abroad since ubisoft have several studios spread around the globe. A lot of AAA game production experience to collect.

      Cons

      Salary is low and will stay this way, so aim for the highest pay bill during your interview. Politics ! Politics everywhere ! Your skills will not be able to promote you alone; you will need to build a strong network to promote your work. Yep, it's the survival of the fittest

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
