      Interesting projects and great team. Training options given by company are amazing. Working with people from all over the world.

      Cons

      No choice on what project you get to work on. Some studios are just co-dev studios and don't get to head a title

      Pros

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
