      Pros

      Fun place to work, able to take ownership of the positions available, open door policy, great salary and benifits, solid HR department, flex hours, fast pace office.

      Cons

      You have to have an outward personality or else you'll struggle. Interdepartment communication can sometimes be a challenge. If you drive parking can be a challenge.

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
