- stocks & benefits - new product on the market - the hype - money

Cons

- overqualified people in low jobs and viceversa - politics and favoritism guide most decisions - out of a team of 50 people I did not see more than 2-3 happy in their role, most were tired and overworked with no better outlook, just waiting for their money - crazy managers yelling at their teams all day long while HR closes the eyes at such abusive behaviors - layoffs happen on a regular basis and in an untransparent way

The absolute most abysmal Customer Success Leadership in the Industry. No formal onboarding for a program over 6 years in flight. Former CS leader dropping F bombs on town halls, fumbling through a disarray of clumsy slides month over month with changing priorities and go to market initiatives. New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown. Zero cohesion & partnership within CS cross Industry, Siloed with brick walls between. Silent RIFs and PIPs are a reality.
