Pros

- Product is exceptional, so much potential - incredible team of individual contributors and more experienced sales managers - ROI provided by platform is real

Cons

- Recently hired middle managers are some of the worst we have ever seen - Managers who can't sell, have never even held a sales role and are now supposedly qualified to lead sales teams. Who is making these terrible decisions? People quitting left, right and centre because of the quality of many recent leadership heres - Too many overlay roles that bring no value to the business - No sales support whatsoever, some sales managers are so terrible they are actively blocking there teams from being succesfull with pointless internal call after pointless internal call. - We are bleeding money because of the last 12 months of being lead incredibly poorly in APAC - Toxic culture - Limited sales support as a whole - No long term strategy at all

Pros

Good base salary & decent benefits.

Cons

The absolute most abysmal Customer Success Leadership in the Industry. No formal onboarding for a program over 6 years in flight. Former CS leader dropping F bombs on town halls, fumbling through a disarray of clumsy slides month over month with changing priorities and go to market initiatives. New CS Leader kicks off the Fiscal Year talking about themself first, versus listening and understanding the current state. And follows up unable to address concerns raised on a town hall about misalignment between Sales & CS. It’s only going to get worse. Day to day riddled with every collaboration tool in production between Sales & CS, adding to no standardization and further communication breakdown. Zero cohesion & partnership within CS cross Industry, Siloed with brick walls between. Silent RIFs and PIPs are a reality.
