Pros
Family owned and operated business, therefore you are more than just a number. Plenty of employee welfare activities: Bonuses, Holiday Gifts, Parties, Giveaways, Cookouts, and more. Have never seen an employer do so much to say thank you to their employees. Majority of the employees here are very positive and enjoy coming to work. This becomes your second family.
Cons
Just like every employer, Uline is not for everyone. If you enjoy a relaxed and laid back work environment this may not be the best cultural fit. However, any cons that I have come by are vastly outweighed by the pros.
