Pros
Bonuses (Profit Sharing, Performance, Weekly Sales, and employment sign-on.) Benefits (Paid Time Off, 401k: Match up to 5%.) Privately own (The company is owned by the Uihlein family.) Each year, every employee is required to attend a corporate meeting called "State of Uline." Where the Uihlein family share their words & thoughts on the health of the company. And, we have the option to ask questions and tell some concerns.
Cons
My only downside is: We do our inventory control by "Pen & Paper." We will never go into high tech since we have been doing this way for 20 years. In a long run, our system works just as good and also employs more people.
