Pros

Weekly pay, energetic work atmosphere, teamwork. Good job for someone with no sales or work experience at all as training is in depth. Also good for someone with college experience looking to make a career.

Cons

During the interview process, didn’t really describe responsibilities. I asked specifically what I would be doing during a typical day, and was not told I’d be begging people for $$. I honestly felt guilty trying to sell anti-bullying packages to citizens when I had no idea how much $$ actually went to the program after it cycles through the company; you’re not selling an actual product the customer can use right away, you’re guilt tripping them. Wasn’t a fan. Not to mention income is not guaranteed and can be hit or miss (as usual in sales)

Thank for your feedback back. We do know our company isnt the right fit for everybody and we are sorry to hear it wasn't the right fit for you. But there are a few inaccuracies to your review I would love to discuss. Like begging people for money , we do fundraise at set events by sharing our mission with the community but I would definitely not consider that begging, its more like informing the public about how they could get involved in their community

Pros

You feel like you’re helping your community and serving nonprofits (only a portion of donations collected even actually go to these organizations).

Cons

There is literally a YouTube documentary called The Slave Circle which speaks about companies run JUST like this one - some of which are currently being sued in class action law suits for illegal business practices. If you are considering working for this company and for Jerry, I implore you to take the time to watch this documentary before making your final decision. They will make it seem too good to be true in the interview - let me tell you: IT IS. The company is built like a pyramid scheme with an insanely high turnover rate. Jerry said multiple times that he reserves the right to not pay employees at all for the week if they miss one day. This would be used as a tactic to scare people into committing 60 hour work weeks with no sick days or time off for doctors appts, etc.
