Clueless Executive Team - Anonymous employee UltraViolet (VA) Employee Review

The executive team is lined with liars and heartless people. When times get tough, their first action is to reduce staff just so their income and bonuses are not impacted. They say things are great and there is a lot of work for everyone but this is a continuous lie. The C Level have no clue what it takes to run a company and certainly have no clue what it takes to take care of employees. They ignore facts and constantly seek to trim the company rather than grow the company. There are also lies about growth opportunity. There is no growth opportunity since they keep bringing in their friends to be a part of leadership.
