- Great people - Solid offering of benefits and insurance - Managers are willing to train and help you

- Low salary (market pays better), don't work here if you want to be the sole provider for your family in early-career - Company overall still suffers from lack of organization and lack of keeping to the established protocols. More often than not, new protocols are expected without training everyone beforehand - Rigid rules on use of paid time off (gives you 2 weeks of PTO and another 2 weeks that are only used for serious medical conditions, instead of giving 4 weeks total to use per employee/manager discretion)
