Overall I have had nothing but positive experiences working with Ultrahuman and its network of partners. The start up environment can be challenging at times but there is no doubt in my mind that we are creating a successful business. There are alot of opportunities to grow and expand skillsets while working cross functionally with many different business units. I especially like that I feel I am able to reach out and talk with people at the company even if we aren't in the same vertical or working on the same things.

Sometimes paychecks get delayed which isnt great but since I've joined I have already witnessed improvements in processes and work flows. Start ups can also sometimes feel overwhelming because there is always something to do but overall its not a bad feeling and its fun most of the time anyways. We could also use some more structure within our processes in order to streamline workflows more efficiently. (Though I have seen improvements there also)

Honestly, Ultrahuman has been one of the best places I’ve ever worked — and that’s saying something after doing the rounds at big corporations, niche companies/organizations, and startups (including my own). You can literally go from brainstorming an idea to getting it moving with senior execs in the same afternoon. It’s one of those rare places where creativity, speed, and kindness somehow coexist.
