A Healthtech company that doesn't care about its employees' health

Team members are pretty nice.

Cons

- No work life balance. - Extremely difficult to take leaves. Even sick leaves. (Was told "You cannot take sick leave without informing a day before and this is your strike one") - At the time of hiring I made it clear I was applying for day shift but was pushed into night shift. - Employees are slaves attitude. - Always expected to Join meetings even when on day off. (Especially brutal for night shift employees) - No offs for Public Holidays. - Split day offs - Extremely inefficient way of handling things - Stressful and micromanaging - Upper Management is awful - Product is awful and is clearly in a beta. Should not have been released to public.

Aimless leadership with too many CEO's

Spends crazily on employee refreshment and unnecessary reimbursement as it is investor's money.

Cons

Everyone at leadership is a CEO micromanaging everyone in the organisation and knowing everything whether SCM, finance, production, ERP. No clarity on job role and confused management on handling human resource and no concept of work life balance or integration whether it is public holiday or weekends.
