Lots of amazing talent working here. The management, such as the CEO, is always doing their best to look out for their employees and will always tell you exactly what's going on, regardless if it's in their best interest to do so or not. Fantastic company culture.

They don't always have the best projects to work on

- Decent salary - Talented peers - Fun project

- Always uncertainty about job status - Prone to mass layoffs (apparently it's their second time having this occurrence) - Design changes that detriment not only the fans of the game, but also the employees that made it clear it wouldn't work. The outcome was nearly 3/4 of the staff being let go.
