Pros
I really like working here. Everyone is very collaborate and respectful and management always is asking for input before making decisions, so regardless of what your position is, it feels like you are contributing to the big picture. People get recognized for a great job and the culture is pretty chill. We have great health benefits, flexible scheduling and a very fair work-life balance. A few call-outs are our Christmas party where this year every employee was given a Beis carry-on and they way UJ bends over backward to accommodate our pregnant Team Members.
Cons
We are still a small company, so not a lot of upward opportunity, but management tries to continue to expand roles to give us more scope. We also have very little turnover, so positions are not opening up.
