Pros

Meet a lot of people at work. No two days are ever the same. Learn many softwares, applications and platforms. Work colleagues are supportive.

Cons

Can be very busy during peak season(Semester intake period). Sometimes need to be working on feet for a long time(Especially when heaps of inspections are required)

Pros

Flexible working hours. Great office team. Get to run and enjoy fun events on pay. Lots of perks for student staff. Perfect role for resident/students.

Cons

Long hour night shifts. Emergency calls at any hour. The hourly pay rate is good, which is around $38-$40, but only the first half of the shift is paid by default. The job can be really stressful when team members don't respond or provide help.
