Completely disorganized. So understaffed that they hire anyone. Here, HR protects the yellers, the profiteers and the incompetent. They roll out the red carpet for the complainers and force competent experienced employees to lower their level to the new, maladjusted employees. This factory seems to me to be at the end of its life. If you are a hard worker, versatile and competent, do not come to work here because you will quickly want to leave. HERE WE LEVEL DOWN... and this is inevitably reflected in the quality of the products...
