Completely disorganized. So understaffed that they hire anyone. Here, HR protects the yellers, the profiteers and the incompetent. They roll out the red carpet for the complainers and force competent experienced employees to lower their level to the new, maladjusted employees. This factory seems to me to be at the end of its life. If you are a hard worker, versatile and competent, do not come to work here because you will quickly want to leave. HERE WE LEVEL DOWN... and this is inevitably reflected in the quality of the products...

Not very well organized. Missing alignment at senior level. Decisions often appear to be short term and opportunistic. Work in silo does not promote teamwork across the organization. Missed opportunities and too many time-wasters. Work processes, roles and responsibilities are not properly defined.
