Pros

Techs there are great guys. They know their stuff. Most of the office is great. Okay pay. Nice that it is out of city.

Cons

Management of the tech guys is horrible. No benefits for full time. Not enough training for new techs as this is primarily Cisco UCM shop as that is what they sell their customers. Management expects to just throw you into Cisco with no training and hope you get it quickly when things like those systems take time and training to learn in depth.

Pros

Best part for this company was they are very needy and helpful, not for the old works but also newcomers, those who started now and getting some issues to participate with company. Not even the colleague but also the man sitting on the higher post and also from other departments.

Cons

There are no negative or disadvantages for Company, but it has some disadvantages then i can ignore them due to their advantages

Pros

As technology radically changes the environment of business there are no awards for slow and steady as a technical philosophy. Emerging technologies and threats are forcing businesses to adapt and remain flexible as customers expectations continually rise. Businesses like Unified Concepts are important when that overwhelmed feeling begins to surface from within. Whether the Unified Communication realm, security, routing and switching or simple administration of access and assets there is an abundance of experience available at a moments notice. Unified Concepts not only expects its engineers to know the core technologies that businesses commonly implement but strives to push emerging technologies that are an inevitable part of the future of computing. This has been prevalent in virtualization and cloud technologies over the past few years and will continue as software defined networking and data center integration becomes more commonplace. As an employee you're given the tools to open whatever door you choose. If you choose. I came to Unified Concepts with very specific goals in mind about what I wanted to accomplish. I not only accomplished those goals but was influenced by both management and fellow employees to push further.

Cons

If you're looking for a monotonous, comfortable, boring atmosphere where you touch the same systems and technology everyday then this environment probably isn't for you.
