I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience during your time over here, and it's true that working at Unified Infotech isn't for everyone. Change is the only constant in our business, and we ask our employees to be incredibly agile as we serve customers in an industry that changes daily. So, while you might feel us be frequently re-aligning, I can assure you it has its business reasons. We understand that all the management decisions wouldn’t be unanimous with the employees, but then again with the responsibility of 150+ families, we must implement what we feel is right for the greater good. While certain employees might perceive decisions differently, they often fail to think about other's perspectives outside their own, to reach a meaningful conclusion. We value your feedback and constructive criticism, however, we also felt that you went a little overboard by terming your colleagues/peers as poor. It's great to be confident in yourself, but one must not demean one's colleagues/peers. Hopefully, with time you shall have more humility and make meaningful connections with your colleagues.
