Pros

I work there more than 3 month. Project dead line is too shot , for this reason , work presser is so high. i fill like a servant in a company. they fire you without giving any notice period , where you have to cover the provisional period. even not Email any extend the provisional period. i got the last month salary ,when i had go for legal action.

Cons

Man in the 3 months of duration ,i saw the senior has join the company and within a week leave the company.

Pros

The salary, though not much, even for Kolkata standards, came on time. There aren't many other pros I can speak of really.

Cons

Where do I begin? Although the company (I believe) is in good hands and is led by some really ambitious and responsible people, some of the senior employees are downright appalling! Terrible, terrible behaviour. Some of them don't quite deserve to be where they are, they lack technical knowledge and yet believe in criticizing and vilifying you endlessly till you simply just give up! The marketing and content teams in particular had some terrible dynamics going on, which to me, as an outsider made no sense. Senior employees could be relentlessly biased towards certain employees and never give you a chance to truly showcase what you've got. Also, I've heard of very few companies, even Fortune 500 ones that ask their employees to keep time monitoring apps such as TimeDoctor on! I get that you're trying to be make your employees more efficient, but don't you think that's just plain micromanagement? The company doesn't trust its employees to get work done. Apps like TimeDoctor pretty much turn your life into hell. Even if you get up for a 30-second break, that time is deducted from your overall work hours and you're questioned as to why that happened. Makes zero sense to me! And when it comes to appreciation or candid feedback, I won't even bother to waste my time here. Even though I felt that the senior management was good, the TL I worked with was a sorry excuse of a human being! I hope no one ever ever gets a manager like them! Incompetent and extremely inexperienced at handling teams, some of the team leads and managers can just be downright horrible! There were people who basically had zero idea of how SEO works commanding me and other colleagues of mine about what to do and what not to! Can the company please hire some good people?

Pros

Should I say 'salary-on-time'? Apart from that I couldn't find any.

Cons

I will start from the top. 1. High quality unprofessionals at the top-level leadership/management. 2. Unfair rules for normal developers and designers who sits on the floor. 3. Talent pool is poor and not up to the mark starting from the top-level leadership/management. 4. Every now and then, there will be surprises for the employees e.g. 3 months notice from 2 months, organization hierarchy changes, firing etc. 5. Egoistic management. 6. They somehow cannot retain good and hardworking tech-leads and developers. 7. The highest level management thinks and sometimes say that they pay the employees from their pocket money/salary. This is so funny! 8. These people hate questions being asked just like our present central government.

Thanks for your feedback and for being a part of Unified Infotech's family. We are committed to creating a comfortable, transparent, and collaborative environment for all our employees. I'm sorry to hear you didn't have a great experience during your time over here, and it's true that working at Unified Infotech isn't for everyone. Change is the only constant in our business, and we ask our employees to be incredibly agile as we serve customers in an industry that changes daily. So, while you might feel us be frequently re-aligning, I can assure you it has its business reasons. We understand that all the management decisions wouldn’t be unanimous with the employees, but then again with the responsibility of 150+ families, we must implement what we feel is right for the greater good. While certain employees might perceive decisions differently, they often fail to think about other's perspectives outside their own, to reach a meaningful conclusion. We value your feedback and constructive criticism, however, we also felt that you went a little overboard by terming your colleagues/peers as poor. It's great to be confident in yourself, but one must not demean one's colleagues/peers. Hopefully, with time you shall have more humility and make meaningful connections with your colleagues. Wishing you all the very best for your career and thanks once again for being a part of Unified Infotech's family.
