Supportive coworkers, respectful and kind environment, teamwork is encouraged

Pay could be higher, communication from upper management could be clearer

The supervisors are very supportive and great to work with. In my rating of senior management it is the management I have had interactions with. Great teamwork with your colleagues. You learn a lot about different processes. The training and training team are wonderful!

The pay could be better and it would be nice to have more growth opportunities and work life balance available.
