Pros

I love supporting family owned businesses. This company offers great benefits and for hourly employees, the opportunity for some great overtime. There are also team building activities. I really enjoy the paid holidays and the fact the company shuts down for a week (paid) in between Christmas and New Year.

Cons

If you are salary, you have the potential to work long hours. That is just part of the job. We host a lot of social events for our customers, as we are the manufacturer, so those are work events, but we still get to grab a cocktail and mingle with our customers.

Pros

Great benefits and compensation. Feels like you’re part of a team and that you are valued.

Cons

Communication can get lost between departments. Lots of last minute things that need to be fixed right away.

Pros

-Nice uniforms and options for daily wear -Amazing Health Insurance -Great 401k Matching

Cons

In my experience, communication was often lacking, and internal politics played a significant role in decision-making, particularly when it came to dealers, contractors, and internal advancement. Performance expectations and accountability felt inconsistent, which created frustration among employees who were trying to improve results but did not feel equally supported. Training for newer inside sales and outside sales employees was limited. Many were expected to manage complex responsibilities quickly without adequate preparation, which made it difficult to succeed long term. Work culture frequently centered around social events that involved heavy drinking. While some employees enjoyed this, others who chose not to participate sometimes felt excluded from relationship-building opportunities. Expense policies also felt challenging for employees early in their careers. Expectations to front significant costs for meals, lodging, or events were difficult to meet without access to company credit cards.
