Management not helpful. too much schedule pressing they don't understand your part of life. shift cutting even though they tell you to be full time you only get something between full and part time. Zero Job security. they won't understand anything. they will fire you anytime they want. No flexibility, they have tight schedule and time policy. I get it. but getting fired or documented even if you are a minute late is too far. job is a place to enjoy if you don't enjoy your work you can't be your 100%
