Pros
I began working for the company about 8 months ago and took over a position that was filled by someone who worked for corporate for over 6 years. This individual knew so much about the company and witnessed the company grow through the duration of their employment with Unispec. When I began working for the company, I knew I had a big role to fill and was able to train with the previous employee for about two months. The training and guidance I was provided not only contributed to successfully doing my job, I obtained so much knowledge that I will be able to use throughout my career. My CEO provided me several reputable books to read to help me grow as a professional and to further my knowledge about my career field. Additionally, I have been studying diligently for certification test and have received endless support from my CEO and colleagues. Obtaining this certification has been a personal goal for quite some time and with encouragement and motivation from my company, I will finally be taking the test in just a few months. As a professional who has been working for over ten years, I can truly say that it is a privilege to work for a company that values its employees.
Cons
