There are opportunities to work on different projects that may or may not relate to your position, but do relate to the electric distribution industry. Working for a cooperative opens you up to the electric cooperative world and extended networking.

As with any organization, there are areas that need improvement. Currently United Power is working on developing the leadership culture.
