Pros
They make it sound like there is alot of work, Zone managers are relabel for the most part but they can only do so much, office girls are very sweet, overtime is the only way to make decent money, Leadership with experience know the industry but younger leadership does not
Cons
Sporadic work at best, some people who are running the company and have no experience in the field ( see Antonio: only there for marrying owners daughter), per diem which is less than could be because they pocket it from companies like Siemens, Strong Office vs, field Culture, treating everyone in the field is well is a very very low priority, get used to poor hotels about 50% of the time, be aware that any scheduled work can change the last minute, at least 1 current owner has told me specially he has lost faith in leadership
