We’re excited to share that UCNW’s PTO benefits exceed industry benchmarks, however, everyone starts with a zero PTO balance at first and accrues hours over time. Similar to other providers, UCNW strives to be open as many days as possible to meet the needs of patients.
UCNW has an Employee Benefits Committee that meets regularly to review, educate, inform, consult, and strategize on UCNW’s health plan and benefits performance.
