Great place to work. Salary was fair great people

Not much room for career growth

Friendly atmosphere with very nice people, considerable employee loyalty (many employees have been there for decades), company has a solid if not growing position in the marketplace.

Printing is becoming a commodity business. The firm struggles to escape the trap of being forced to shave pennies per piece off of printing transactions. Employee benefits are also limited (e.g., company pays only 40% of health insurance premiums, no 401k match, stingy PTO policy).
