      Great Health Insurance, work life balance is good, caring work environment

      pay is low, hardly any free parking, if you want to move up you will need to find somewhere outside of current department.

      Pros

      Benefits are great and very reasonable for employee contribution.

      Cons

      Pay is not as good as it should be especially because this is the biggest employee in Rochester! Also, the diversity in this company is horrible. The morral is terrible and African americans do not get equal playing field as others.
