Pros
I can honestly say that this is the company that CARES! Management makes sure that you are set up for success. A fast-paced environment gives you the feeling of accomplishment every day, but the organization does not work you up to the feeling of burning out. It is not the company to rot in. I would describe the company set up as a start-up, but the company has been around since 2013. I feel like the management and the team are supporting each other. UpNest is agile, they are open to new ideas and changes that would provide the team with the best work environment possible.
