I feel tricked :this company is not what they preach to be. - Client Services Representative UpRight Law Employee Review

Pros

The people. Your coworkers are friendly and it's a very outgoing environment. The company provides snacks and coffee everyday. But I don't consider that to be something of a pro towards career development. It's More of a bonus to the office atmosphere.

Cons

-Management severely lacks professional training and experience in being in a leadership role. - the company practices shady tactics that are borderline highly unethical. - The company does not care about its employees. Listen to the other reviews, it's really only about numbers and people are fired left and right. - bonuses are non existent - they exploit customers and take money from them and then lie about it to protect themselves from lawsuits. -Consultants are forced to sell bankruptcy to people who don't even need it, and ruin people's financial situation even more: so no they don't help, they scam people. - your managers won't listen to your feedback or concerns. - the HR department is a joke. One person who is just a puppet of the management so its not like you have any forum to express your concerns. - your hours are shift based and this is a call center job, you will be on the phone answer calls and making calls glued to your desk and just updating Salesforce with notes. - You will have no room for growth and no sense of value or job security. If you like to do monotonous work, feel undervalued and don't want to go anywhere with your career - - then take a job here. - team Managers dont actually think they are ever wrong and will not correct their mistakes or acknowledge you. PLEASE DO NOT TURN DOWN OTHER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THIS ONE!!!!!

Shift based hours: In order to meet the needs of our clients across the US and various time zones, it is imperative we have a variety of shifts that our sales and client services teams work in order to ensure we provide convenient and accessible service to any and all clients when they need us. Career growth opportunities are available at UpRight. We look at our internal talent, identify the skills and experience they have and strive to promote from within. In the past few months, all management positions have been filled with internal staff. Employee recognition: Employees are recognized regularly for a variety of reasons including, being the top salesperson of the week, working with our development teams in testing new processes and providing feedback for tools that will affect their day-to-day directly, and more. It is highly important to us that employees receive recognition for not just going above and beyond but also for working hard each and every day.
