I’m sorry that your time at UpRight Law did not meet your expectations and want to address a couple of your specific concerns here. Shift based hours: In order to meet the needs of our clients across the US and various time zones, it is imperative we have a variety of shifts that our sales and client services teams work in order to ensure we provide convenient and accessible service to any and all clients when they need us.
Career growth opportunities are available at UpRight. We look at our internal talent, identify the skills and experience they have and strive to promote from within. In the past few months, all management positions have been filled with internal staff.
Employee recognition: Employees are recognized regularly for a variety of reasons including, being the top salesperson of the week, working with our development teams in testing new processes and providing feedback for tools that will affect their day-to-day directly, and more. It is highly important to us that employees receive recognition for not just going above and beyond but also for working hard each and every day.
