It’s my responsibility to ensure every teammate has a positive experience, so I’m disappointed to hear that isn’t the case for you – let’s fix it. I realize joining a new company through an acquisition is particularly challenging, especially during a national crisis while we transition to working from our homes, and I haven’t yet met a lot of our new employees in person. Our flexible PTO policy is designed with trust and appreciation of our team – trust that each employee will balance their responsibilities and take the time off they need to rest and recharge.
