It is online and flexible. Pays decent for the market esp if this is a side gig

I was hired after 2 months of recruitment process. They are very slow with onboarding. Anyways, after I finished everything necessary for the onboarding, before I started with a student, they fired me for no reason. I emailed the HR manager multiple times asking what was wrong, they never responded to me.
