It has taken me a long time to reflect on my experience at this company before feeling comfortable writing this review.
During my time there, I found the level of administrative work and micromanagement to be excessive, which made it difficult to work effectively and confidently. The culture also felt quite cliquey at times, with communication often being indirect rather than clear and constructive. Relationships with management appeared to have a significant influence on employees’ experiences, and this could change very quickly.
Staff turnover was notably high, with seven employees leaving within a six-month period while I was there. Ultimately, I made the decision to leave without another role secured, as the experience had a significant impact on my stress levels and professional confidence, despite having worked in marketing for over 10 years.
