      The podiatrists and staff are nice, real people, and some of them really want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Disorganized training at time, but they do seem to be taking steps to improve this. Depending on the podiatrist you work with, the high volume can be overwhelming, patients may be waiting for a while, and that may be taken out on you.

      Pros

      I’ve had an amazing experience working here so far. The leadership is outstanding, my leader genuinely takes the time to train, educate and support me every step of the way. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, valued and encouraged to grow. There are real opportunities for development within the company and the positive, supportive environment makes it a great place to work. I would absolutely recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a company that truly invests in its employees.
