      Supportive staff but training and workload issues persist

      Pros

      The podiatrists and staff are nice, real people, and some of them really want you to succeed.

      Cons

      Disorganized training at time, but they do seem to be taking steps to improve this. Depending on the podiatrist you work with, the high volume can be overwhelming, patients may be waiting for a while, and that may be taken out on you.

      None, this company is still functioning like a company out of 1982.

      No raises, no bonuses, no incremental increases in pay for the double or triple in crease in workload.
