7yThank you for your honest review. We are sorry to hear that you feel our communication isn't aligned with your expectations. We do strive to share as much information as we can, when we can. We encourage you to attend all company meetings, leadership roundtables and bring any direct questions about the company or projects directly to your leadership team. We're trying to do much better as an organization with regard to Rewards and Recognition. Hopefully with the new roll out of USL Rewards, which makes it easier for peer to peer as well as team recognition, you will begin to see some changes there.
