They have a good continuing education allowance and a good mentorship program. I will say all the therapists and office coordinators are fantastic.
Cons
The work life balance is poor and they do not have a good support system for therapists. Therapist are expected to give high-quality care of patients while they are either booked or triple booked as well as clean the clinic and maintain laundry without either a tech to help or a cleaning service as well as complete documentation within the hour and have no overtime.
Another con is due to the size of the company, HR is extremely hard to get of hold of. No phone number listed and emails take 2 weeks to get a response. When I left, I gave a 4 week notice, except technically I missed it by 3 days, only one of those being business day. Because I was 3 days short of 4 weeks, they declined to pay out my PTO. Potential employees beware
