Pros

A place where every ones word counts. Every one works as a Team and not a "employee" . One of the only companies I have seen where the clients requests and recommendations are actually taken seriously and developed. The Dynamic ability within the product an open mindedness of the team is well respected.

Pros

- Founded by seasoned, proven entrepreneurs with past successes - Strong new leadership in Sales and Marketing to help company grow - Product literally sells itself, it's hands-down the industry's best and they've hit 1200 customers dedicated sales/marketing focus (wow) - Remote company means you can pretty much work wherever and whenever. - Great people and culture, everyone's really passionate about the company and working together. - Tons of clients for such a small company, and with very strong growth and retention rates. It's the real deal. - Great reviews on the product all over the web, Uptime's customers are super passionate about the solution itself which is exciting.

Cons

- Standard early-stage startup growth pains. There are processes that either need to be established or improved. Folks are wearing multiple hats and doing a bit of everything. Expect this to improve as the company hires.
