Pros
The collaboration is incredible. Everyone is smart and engaged, sharing ideas and looking for improvement. And getting feedback from customers who love what we do for them makes it all very satisfying. The fully-remote work really suits my lifestyle, and company-wide meetups are always a lot of fun as well.
Cons
The company moves fast and there are always a few (usually positive) changes happening, which can take a little getting used to.

Pros
A place where every ones word counts. Every one works as a Team and not a "employee" . One of the only companies I have seen where the clients requests and recommendations are actually taken seriously and developed. The Dynamic ability within the product an open mindedness of the team is well respected.
Cons
Having most of the Team work remotely
