Great Startup Environment - Director Uptivity Employee Review

Great team, great environment, leadership was great as well.

There were no cons, everything was great and it was a great place to work.

Fun, quirky corporate culture, with a very nurturing staff, that is willing to coach you towards success.

1. Not the kind of place you want to work if you have goals and aspirations, outside of the company. You are expected to devote most of your life to Uptivity, which is something you won't realize until you've been there for a while. 2. Uptivity does not seem very minority friendly, in terms of African-American males and female's. 3. Even if you get let go for just cause, they will still contest you're unemployment claim, even after you've been approved for it.
