Pros

Flexible Schedule, People will help each other if needed, was a good start-up company till it's merged within inContact.

Cons

Benefits are terrible, unprofessional environment, exposure to a bad language, poor process structure, no communication, physical assault by employee, everything is done behind door's, no or poor communication between companies.

Pros

There used to be pros when we were still Call Copy. The rebrand to Uptivity and following acquisition by inContact has been detrimental to the culture that was in place.

Cons

There are different rules for different people. Hard work and showing up on time or at all wasn't rewarded. Actually showing up just made more work and stress for you because you have to pick up the slack for the slackers who don't show and aren't disciplined. Executives have a habit of ignoring and refusing eye contact with anyone not on the board. Management has their head so far up their rear they may not ever get this ship straightened out, especially now that they have been acquired AGAIN!
