Uptivity was a company that launched more than a few careers in Columbus. Their measured growth and penchant for hiring the best talent created an environment that made it exciting to come in to the office every day!

The company tended to leap before it looked at times, but the end result was more successes in the market than failures.

Fun, quirky corporate culture, with a very nurturing staff, that is willing to coach you towards success.

1. Not the kind of place you want to work if you have goals and aspirations, outside of the company. You are expected to devote most of your life to Uptivity, which is something you won't realize until you've been there for a while. 2. Uptivity does not seem very minority friendly, in terms of African-American males and female's. 3. Even if you get let go for just cause, they will still contest you're unemployment claim, even after you've been approved for it.
