Pros
This company used to be one of the best.. Now it became one of the worst with how they keep treating their therapists & the pay is the lowest out of all the mobile massage companies out there
Cons
they decrease your pay in a second if they feel like it, and keep the customer prices the same, and taking more profits for themselves. They try to justify this by telling us that running the app costs money, but the app is even worse than before lagging and clients unable to call or even see messages from us... No sick pay, no career progression, no paid holiday which would be fine.. But since they dropped the prices so much with the time and money you spend travelling not to mention the gaps in your diary and getting very tired or injured by doing this, in the end it is not worth it at all... You have to pay for everything (products equipment transport and parking and all qualifications) and in return you get barely enough bookings.. I have seen a lot of therapists get injured and had to limit the amount of treatments they do in a day due to this, not sure how they will survive this paycut, but I really don't recommend this company.
