- Some of the employees are genuinely a pleasure to work with - 20 days of accrued PTO per year
Cons
- High turnover rate within company - Empty promises are frequently made - The young management team does not have enough experience to be in C suite roles - People are given elevated titles that do not reflect experience level (see point above) - Employees are never paid on time - The company has been around for 4 years and acquired another company last year, yet still does not have a live product A word of advice, Google is your best friend. Do your research on the company and management team.
